Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

You can track your order by tracking number provided by us in order confirmation email.

Standard Ground:

Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.

Expedited:

Expedited shipping is only available on select products. Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am CT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

Expedited shipping is only service available for Nunavut.

Shipping Rates:

We use UPS as our standard shipping carrier. Shipping rates will vary depending upon your zip code or shipping method selected. You can see all these information on our check out page before making the payment.

What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?

For some items shipping within Canada an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges and Gift Cards.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make one delivery attempt and leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up the package. The carrier will hold the package for 5 business days before returning it back to BCH bird feeders.

Points to note :

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays).
  • All orders require a street address.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes is not supported.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses.
